What kinds of items can you remove?

We handle a wide range of rubbish removal and junk removal tasks, from everyday household items to bulkier objects. This includes old furniture (couches, mattresses, tables), appliances (fridges, washing machines, TVs), general household junk, cardboard boxes, and electronic waste (e-waste).

Hazardous materials: We don’t accept chemicals, solvents, paint, or anything deemed flammable or toxic. If you’re unsure about a particular item, contact us and we’ll advise you on the best course of action.
Bulk pickups: For estate cleanouts, moving out, or large renovation projects, we can coordinate multiple truckloads if needed.

Do you offer same-day or next-day junk removal?


Yes! We understand that clutter can build up quickly, so we strive to offer same-day or next-day service whenever our schedule allows.

How it works: Simply call us or book online as early in the day as possible. If our trucks are available, we’ll do our best to fit you in right away.
Peak times: Weekends and holidays may be busier, so it’s a good idea to schedule in advance or contact us to check availability.

How do you calculate pricing?

Our pricing is typically based on the amount of space your junk takes up in our truck, measured in cubic metres, plus any additional costs for special items (like extra-heavy waste).

So there are no suprises, no labour, no tipping, no call out -- nothing. Simple and straight forward. 

Transparent quotes: We provide an upfront estimate after understanding your load size (e.g., via photos, a site visit, or a phone chat). You’ll always know the cost before we start loading.
No hidden fees: We don’t believe in surprise charges. If you need more space than initially expected, we’ll confirm any price changes with you before proceeding.

Is there a minimum or maximum load size?


We cater to all job sizes—from single-item pickups (like removing an old sofa or mattress) to multi-truck loads for large estate clear-outs or office refurbishments.

Minimum load: We do have a minimal charge to cover travel and handling costs. It ensures we can serve even the smallest jobs professionally.
Maximum load: Our fleet of trucks can handle big volumes. If your job exceeds a single truck’s capacity, we’ll schedule multiple loads or trucks to get it all done efficiently.

How do I schedule a pickup?


Booking is simple and flexible:

What happens to my items after removal?


We prioritize eco-friendly disposal to reduce landfill waste and protect Auckland’s environment. Here’s how:

Recycling: We sort items like paper, cardboard, metals, and plastics and ensure they’re diverted to the proper recycling facilities.
Donations: If your furniture or appliances are in usable condition, we’ll donate them to local charities or thrift shops.
Ethical Disposal: Any remaining junk is sent to licensed landfill or transfer stations where it’s managed responsibly.

Can you handle renovation or construction debris?


Yes, we can remove certain renovation debris such as wood offcuts, drywall, insulation, and old fixtures (e.g., sinks, cabinetry). However, be aware that extremely heavy materials (like concrete, bricks, soil, or tiles) may incur extra fees or require special handling.

Safety & Weight Limits: Large-scale construction waste might require multiple pickups or a specialized dumpster. We’ll discuss all these details during the quote process, so everything is clear upfront.

Do you remove green waste or garden refuse?


We do accept certain types of green waste—like branches, leaves, grass clippings, and hedge trimmings—on a case-by-case basis.

Volume & Condition: If you have an entire yard of overgrown foliage, we might need extra time or an additional truck to handle the load.
Eco Disposal: Garden waste can often be composted or processed into mulch, so we do our best to divert it from the landfill whenever possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We aim to make payment as convenient as possible.

Cash, EFTPOS, and Credit Cards: We bring a mobile EFTPOS machine, so paying on the spot is quick and easy.
Invoices/Online Payments: For commercial or repeat clients, we can arrange invoicing and online bank transfers. Just let us know your preference.

Understanding what a cubic metre is, how to calculate it, and how many cubic metres you may need can make a world of difference in planning your rubbish collection.

A cubic metre (often written as m³) is a standard unit of volume. Visualize a cube measuring 1 metre in height, 1 metre in width, and 1 metre in depth—that’s 1 m³. This measurement helps us figure out how much space your junk or furniture will occupy in the truck.

When you book a collection, knowing how many cubic metres you need ensures you’re not paying for unnecessary space—and that our truck can accommodate all your items in a single trip. By estimating your volume correctly, you can streamline your Auckland rubbish removal process, saving you time and money.

Standard moving boxes (approximately 50cm x 50cm x 45cm) are a good reference. You can fit about eight of these boxes into 1 cubic metre. If you’ve got a bunch of them, simply count how many boxes you have, divide by eight, and you’ll know roughly how many cubic metres to book.

Furniture pieces vary in size and shape, but you can still estimate how many cubic metres they’ll occupy. Try visualizing your furniture as if it’s in a box. Any gaps around it can often be filled with smaller items like bags of rubbish or cushions. This mental exercise helps you understand whether that sofa, table, or mattress will take up a fraction of a cubic metre or an entire one.
